FoodTalk Show – Sue Nelson | Go-Back-A-Page

Channel Radio’s Encore Player

Join Sue Nelson and Paul Andrews every Thursday at 4pm for The FoodTalk Show. This new programme has been launched to showcase food innovation and promote artisan producers. Food and drink experts from around the country will also help listeners track down the latest food and drink offers available, and show them how to choose the best ingredients and produce.

Sue Nelson has appeared on nearly every national radio programme in the UK from Radio 1’s Newsbeat to the Today programme and from Jeremy Vine to Radio 4’s The Food Programme. She was formerly Chief Executive of NW Fine Foods and has been a regular guest on television programmes as diverse as Trisha and The Culture Show.

She is obsessed by great food and its provenance and has been a food writer for Cheshire Life and Lancashire Life. She is also author of the NW Fine Food Guide with Simon Rimmer of Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and Tricks of the Restaurant Trade.

To accompany the show, Sue set up the FoodTalk website (access button above) to highlight innovation in the food sector and to help home cooks produce food their families want to eat, not what you would see in a Michelin starred restaurant.

Paul Andrews who presents the popular Business Bunker radio programme and is the owner of JobsinKent, co-presents with Sue. His valuable experience in business is a welcome addition to the show, along with his passion for supporting businesses who make and produce things in Kent.
