Hey there everyone, I am Mike Kelsey, otherwise known as MLK!

Life for me has always revolved around music. The first time I heard The Jam by Graham Central Station, I knew that music was going to be a major part of my life. My first job in High School? I was a clerk in a record store – I was the guy that could tell you the Artist and Song from just a few lyrics. I’ve worked in Music, Radio, Television and can be heard in several online outlets – pretty much my entire career has been in the Media industry.

For me, music is emotion. It’s making the listener travel back to a different time in their lives. Whether the journey is good or bad, happy or sad – my goal is to take the listener to a place where they can forget their problems for a few hours, listen to some great music, and think of some great memories.
